of the River Cree. It is located between the Galloway Hills and
the Machers. Newton Stewa is surrounded by many beuatiful areas
of countryside, including the Merrick and Cairnsmore hills and the
Wigtown Bay nature reserve. Visitors to Newton Stewart have access
